Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Must have passed Recorder Certificate Class Course (RCCC) Training from Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon.
- Must have computer proficiency with minimum 30 words per minute typing speed in Assamese/Bengali.
